A due passi (letterali) dalla spiaggia ma appartato e circondato dal verde, vista che spazia fino alla Corsica, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario, con equipaggiamento di qualità. Proprietari gentilissimi. Non c'è da chiedere molto di più.

The location at the beach of Cavoli is perfect especially the private beach section which could be an advantage in summer season. The flat is pretty and very well equipped. We loved the view on the beach and the sunset. The hosts are very friendly and help out with hints and tips.

Einfach alles! Die unglaubliche Lage, der Privatstrand, die gute Ausstattung des Appartements sowie ein sehr zuvorkommender, sympatischer Vermieter! Wir werden wieder ins Casa Rosa zurückkehren!

Casa Rosa di Cavoli is a great place, perfect location on the beach & Lorenzo is a very kind host!

Sitting on the patio and hearing the waves breaking on the beach only 30 meters away is priceless. Host Lorenzo and his father were always approachable and very helpful with recommendations for trips and restaurants.

Das Casa hat eigner Strandabschnitt, sehr gemütlich, sauber, einfach ideal fürs dolce far niente;)

We had one of our most fabulous and relaxing family-holidays ever in this wonderful house and will return for sure!!! Casa Rosa is not only perfectly located right on the Cavoli-beach but also completely tastefully furnished and equipped and you can feel " heart & soul" of the owners in every little corner. Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand (näher geht es fast nicht). Von der Terrasse aus kann man das Meer sehen. In direkter Nachbarschaft befinden sich Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Der nächste Supermarkt (Conad) ist im Nachbarort. Die Eigentümerfamilie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Parkplatz ist sehr groß und bietet Platz für viele Autos. Diese Unterkunft kann nur empfohlen werden. Es wird hier sicher jedem gefallen.

La casa si trova praticamente sulla spiaggia, su una delle più belle spiagge dell'isola d'Elba. Gli appartamenti sono davvero molto confortevoli non manca nulla! La cucina è super attrezzata elettrodomestici di prima qualità, posate, piatti, pentole ottime è in quantità, i letti comodi gli armadi ampi. Panorama mozzafiato! Lorenzo (host) non c'era ma la signora che ha mandato per accoglierci è stata molto gentile, il padre che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere di una cordialità unica. Ho lasciato a Cavoli un pezzettino di cuore...

Super Lage. Sehr sauber

Haben 2 Wochen im September in der Casa Rosa di Cavoli verbracht. Unser Fazit einfach Klasse. Lorenzo und seine Freundin sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Die Lage des Anwesens ist traumhaft gut. Nur einen Steinwurf vom Meer mit tollem Sandstrand entfernt konnten wir unseren Urlaub entspannt genießen. Entweder direkt am Wasser oder entspannt auf der großen Veranda, kein Problem. Der Strand ist genial. Die Apartments sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hier fühlt man sich sofort zuhause. Uns hat das Interieur sehr gut gefallen. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen braucht, vorausgesetzt mach möchte es nutzen. Hat man mal ein kleines oder vielleicht auch größeres Problem, keine Sorge man kann sich auf Lorenzo verlassen. Er unterstützt mit Rat und wenn erforderlich auch mit Tat. Wir können nur sagen, wir haben selten einen so perfekten und auch charmanten Gastgeber gehabt wie Lorenzo und seine Freundin. Hier nochmal ein ganz großes “Danke schön“.

Special place to have happy times. Wonderful location and hospitality!

One word: PERFECT! The house is beautiful, just steps away from the beach, nice interior, well equipped. Lorenzo is indeed the perfect host as he is super friendly, helps out with information or anything we could need. even our little extra-wishes with the parking for the mobile home, bringing a dog or being there with a 1,5 year old was no problem and even more than welcome. Cavoli is also a nice little village in good distance from Marina di Campo where you get everything you need. As the house is well booked, I don´t really want to recommend this house because we definitely want to come back and hopefully there will be an apartment free for us ; ) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Casa Rosa was wonderful. Lorenzo and Giulia were perfect hosts, so helpful and always available. The House is beautiful; decorated elegantly and with everything you need, and just steps from the beach. I cannot tell you how much we've enjoyed it here. Truthfully, we never want to leave! I could not recommend this place more highly. It really is magical!
